SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e)

Foresight Engineering is pleased to announce the receipt of a prime contract award as a result of the SeaPort-e Rolling Admissions solicitation N00178-14-R-4000. This will allow us to propose on SeaPort-e task orders in Zone 2 (National Capital Zone) as the prime contractor. On 2 April 2015, Foresight Engineering was awarded prime contract N00178-15-D-8208 with a four year period of performance.

URS Federal Services has successfully delivered professional support services in the areas of Program Management, Acquisition, Engineering and Engineering Management, Logistics Support and Financial Management to the Government for over fifty years. Our experience in defense acquisition support demonstrates a disciplined and proven approach to the successful execution of systems acquisition programs from ACAT ID to IVT. Our experience includes all milestone decision points and acquisition phases, from concept exploration and program definition through engineering and manufacturing development, production, fielding/deployment and for major upgrades. We have a working knowledge of the requirements and standards that apply to acquisition program support and documentation, including the latest Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DoD FAR Supplement and Navy Acquisition Procedures (NAPs), DoD 5000 Series Directives, Instructions and Regulations and DoN implementing instructions. We apply this knowledge, along with our intimate knowledge of the Program Offices we support, to tailor our services to return the highest value to the Government.

Services Experience

Foresight Engineering had the honor of providing systems engineering support to the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Joint Program Office (JPO) as a subcontractor to URS on prime contracts M67854-12-D-5518 and M67854-11-F-5097.

URS Federal Services provided services to Team Submarine Enterprise Wide Support Services (EWCSS), and Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineering and Technical Service Support on prime contract N00178-04-D-4042.

Quality Assurance Program

Foresight Engineering’s policy is to meet or exceed all of our customer’s expectations in a timely and cost-effective manner.  We will do this consistently by adhering to our rigorous Quality Assurance Program as it applies to every task order we perform on.  The program places both responsibility and authority with our project managers who will assure that quality is maintained throughout the contract.  Executive level management is directly involved in the Quality Assurance Program, allocating resources the project managers need to do their job effectively, and directing internal audits of performance.
